In todays video I wanted to talk two things that I am forever fascinated by,,.skincare and beauty foods. Or to put a finer point on it: foods you can eat to create glowing skin, thick lustrous hair, and strong nails. Because believe it or not, all the creams and makeup in the world cannot do for you what trying to eat as many healthy fruits and vegetables can do for you.

I have been talking a lot this year about how I want to approach beauty from the inside out. How I want to focus on beauty as a whole. Everything from my self care, to my diet, to my fitness, are all part of what I consider my "beauty routine".

Healthy = beauty. There is no denying it. And on top of that, taking the aesthetics out of it, I want to THRIVE. And have a high quality of life for all the years I am blessed to have. So healthy living is a HUGE passion of mine and I am glad to share with you today xo

Mine are definitely mushrooms, brocollini, raspberries, tomatoes, salmon, and avocado.
