One light, thin, even coat will leave a satin finish or you can build-up thin coats to achieve more of a gloss look if desired. Apply light, thin, even coats and allow each coat to dry between applications.

DIRECTIONS (Always test product in an inconspicuous area first to determine suitability. Suitability is always the responsibility of the user. Make sure surface is free from all dirt, grease, oil and waxes.)
1. Work in small areas at a time and wipe/spray-on Nano Floor Finish not completely covering the porcelain tiles surface.
2. With a deck pad on a mop handle immediately evenly distribute the Nano Floor Finish over the floor and grout, and then continue this step throughout the entire floor.
3. A second coat can be applied 10-20 minutes after first coat to achieve desired look.
4. Allow last coat to dry for 30-60 minutes before walking on, fully cured in 24 hours. When applying in showers allow 72 hours to cure before use.
