Welcome to Week 1, Day 4 – Conditioning Workout for Athletes!
This session is designed to boost endurance, core strength, and overall athletic performance. The workout is structured with a warm-up, main exercises, supersets, circuit rounds, strength supersets, and cool-down stretches to maximize results safely.
🔥 Warm-Up
• Ankle rotations -10 reps / side
• Quadriceps stretch - 0:10 / leg
• Cat & Cow -10 reps
• Shoulder rotations - 10 reps / side
• Wrist rotations - 10 reps / side
💪 Main Workout
• Stepper jumps - 5 Sets -1:00 Minute
🏋️ Superset 1
• Flutter kicks - 15 reps
• Russian Twist - 20 reps
• Side Plank - 0:30 / side
• Stepper jumps - 5 Sets 1:00 Minute Not a superset
⚡ Circuit Round
• Mountain climbers - 20 reps
• Push-ups - 10 reps
🏋️ Superset 2
• Barbell reverse wrist curls - 20 reps
• Dead hangs -0:30-0:45 Seconds
• Standing calf raises -20 reps
🧘 Cool-Down / Stretching
• Lying quad stretch -0:15 / leg
• Seated hamstring stretch - 0:15 / leg
• Scorpion stretch - 0:15 / side
• Triceps stretch - 0:15 / side
• Shoulder stretch - 0:15 / side
