Do 15 minute sessions ! for example : start at 80 BPM. Work on your exercice during 5 minutes, then reach to the next speed, 85 BPM, and work again on the same chop for 5 minutes. End your session working 5 last minutes at 90 BPM. Great job !
Use the chapters to jump straight to your first working speed.
