Mexican Ground Turkey Recipe

Ground Turkey is something that I have to make on a very regular basis in my training diet. I found it more interesting to put a Mexican twist to it, almost like I'm eating tacos every day. 🌮🌮🌮
I do a technique to do away with fat, but I promise you it won't sacrifice the taste.

Ingredients:
✅ 1 LB. of ground turkey
✅ 1 tbsp. paprika
✅ 2-1/2 tsp onion powder
✅ 2 tsp cumin
✅ 2 tsp oregano
✅1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
✅ 1 tsp garlic powder
✅pinch of salt
Instructions:
✅ Toss all of your spices into a mixing bowl.
✅ Brown the ground turkey over medium-high heat. You'll need to mix this up, frequently stirring so that you don't get any of the meat to burn. I like to use a 99% lean ground turkey. (If you prefer, you can use a 93% ground turkey often found at the grocery store.)
✅ Rinse and drain the ground turkey (when you're trying to eat lean.)
✅ Toss it back into the pot and mix the spices. Fire up the range back on medium-high heat. Add a quarter cup of water for moisture.
✅ Mix the seasoning with the water and the ground turkey until thoroughly combined.
SO DELICIOSO, YOU CAN EAT THIS EVERY DAY!
