Enclosure = Delayed resolution
Delayed resolution is a technique of playing diatonic and chromatic neighbor tones before resolving to a chord tone (target note).
There are many ways to combine diatonic and chromatic approach notes before resolving them to a target note, but not all of them sound equally good. So today I want to show you only one variation - the one I think sounds the best.
Level 1 - If you manage to apply delayed resolution to the Root and 5th of the C7, F7, and G7 chords, you have completed today's challenge.
Level 2 - Learn both Level 1 & 2 Etudes, and you are good to go.
Level 3 - Go through all 3 Levels. If you manage to keep the beat while combining C7, F7, and G7 Bebop Scales with enclosures, you have completed today's challenge.
Level 3 (Pro) - Be sure that you understand the concept and play the exercises without the sheet music.
