Описание: Hi everyone, I know that there has been nothing for a long time, I have a couple of ideas in the works and so far they are far from the final. As for the idea for this song, it arose when I wanted to update the old song based on the concept of the "Thousand-Faced Hero". In general, the concept that in different cultures and at different times in stories and fairy tales, a fairly similar archetype of the main character is traced. When I reread the text of what I wanted to update, in fact it was a typical story. That's how the idea arose.
P.S. The fact that the story is typical or templated does not automatically make the story good or bad, it all depends on the author's presentation, in my opinion.

lyric:

Pick a boy from a broken place,
Put some hunger in his face.
Give him dirt, give him shame,
Now the plot can learn his name.

Broken street, borrowed shoes,
Nothing left but more to lose.
Mother tired, father cold,
Same sad start we all get sold.

Leaking roof, hungry eyes,
Teacher turns, preacher lies.
Doors slam shut, dreams run late,
Pain arrives and calls it fate.

Bring the rain, bring the night,
Bring the wrong that feels like right.
Draw the line he cannot cross,
Make him cross it, call it loss.

It’s a typical story, stitch by stitch,
Poor boy rising from the ditch.
Kick him down, he comes back harder,
Sell the pain, then call it armor.

Same old fire, same old road,
Same old weight in a different coat.
Same old climb, same old glory,
Yeah, yeah - typical story.

Typical story.

Bring the guide with bitter eyes,
Old scar, old coat, old grin.
“Want to win? Then love the pain.”
Cue the dawn, begin again.

Busted hands, lesson learned,
Every bridge behind him burned.
Bring the rival, bright and clean,
Born to own the final scene.

Small win, quick light,
Then the world takes back the night.
Break him down, let him crawl,
That’s the part like most of all.

Bring the fall, bring the sound,
Bring the hero to the ground.
Bring the love that walks away,
Make him pay and call it fate.

It’s a typical story, stitch by stitch,
Poor boy rising from the ditch.
Kick him down, he comes back harder,
Sell the pain, then call it armor.

Same old fire, same old road,
Same old weight in a different coat.
Same old climb, same old glory,
Yeah, yeah - typical story.

Final fight, same old stage,
Same old fear, same old rage.
There he stands, hard to beat,
The man who left him at his feet.

First hit lands, second too,
Now he’s barely getting through.
Crowd goes quiet, breath runs thin,
Perfect time for strength within.

There it is, right on cue,
One last punch from somewhere new.
Not too early, not too late,
Just in time to look like fate.

Left hook, right hand, lesson learned,
Every bridge behind him burned.
He breaks the man he failed to beat,
Then finds no peace beneath his feet.

Bring the roar, bring the weight,
Bring the ending dressed as fate.
Raise his hand, praise his pain,
Sell the wound and start again.

It’s a typical story, stitch by stitch,
Poor boy rising from the ditch.
Kick him down, he comes back harder,
Sell the pain, then call it armor.

Same old fire, same old road,
Same old weight in a different coat.
Same old climb, same old glory,
Yeah, yeah - typical story.
