Police in Austin Texas released scary video of two children were hit by cars after they got off their school buses. Now cops are warning drivers to brake for school buses when the stop arms are extended and the lights are flashing. Neither student was seriously injured, but police say both drivers stayed on scene and were fined $300 and so will anyone else who is caught on cameras mounted to school buses that capture license plates of drivers who ignore the school bus stop signs. #InsideEdition
