If you do not own any machine and want to produce fully automatic cable lugs.
Minimum equipment :
Pipe Cutting Machine (Orbital cutting)
1 Pipe Countersiking/Butt Connector Machine - Countersikings pipe from both ends-
Eccentric Type Mechanical Press Machine : (According to cable lug dimensions: 35 tons for 6/70 mm2; 50 tons for:70/240 mm2; 120 tons for: 240/1000 mm2).
You can use your existing Eccentric Type Mechanical Press Machines but the table hammer distance of machine must 300 mm minimum.
Manual or fully automatic molds for each different cable lug, common vibro boiler and PLC system box for molds. (minimum order quantity for mold is 5.)

Fully automatic molds are 2-3 times more expensive than manuel molds. We suggest fully automatic production lines for massive production plans. You may choose manuel molds for lower production plans. Thus, you reduce the initial investment cost.


Fully Automatic Cable Lug Mold fabricates one cable lug per second.
