In today’s global and complex food systems, knowing where a product comes from and the path it takes is key. Traceability makes it possible to track seafood products from their origin —a farm or fishing vessel— all the way to the final consumer 🚤🐟.
📊 These systems help demonstrate the sustainability and quality of seafood products, access better markets, and increase income without the need to fish larger quantities or compromise the health of marine ecosystems 🌊.
