The first week back in work is officially done — and wow, my body felt it.
This vlog is a mix of getting back into the grooming routine, seeing my lovely regulars again, easing out of Christmas mode… and being very quickly reminded that my back does not care that I “had a rest”. Pain was present, energy was questionable, but we survived.
Alongside work, there was also a wedding dress appointment squeezed in, which was a much-needed little moment of excitement in an otherwise very work-heavy week.
Nothing too dramatic, just real life: back pain, busy days, quiet evenings, and settling back into normal routines.
