Welcome to Week 2 of our 4-week workout program!
Congrats on making it this far and committing to your fitness journey. This week, we're going to take it up a notch with more challenging workouts to keep you engaged and motivated. Get ready to work your upper body with this 20-minute dumbbell workout. You'll be targeting your arms, shoulders, chest, and back. Choose weights that challenge you but allow you to maintain proper form. Let's get started! (P.S.: Each of my dumbbell is 5kg - so I am using 10kg for this workout)
