Key Equipment and Principles
Upstream Conveying: Stockpile → Belt Corridor → Shiploader Rotating Support.
Slewing/Pitching System: The shiploader can slew and pitch to align with different cargo bays. Some also offer telescopic functionality to minimize drop and suppress dust.
Dust Control and Cushioning:
Multi-stage "waterfall-style" liners/skirts are often used inside the telescopic hopper to disperse the coal flow, reducing dust and impact.
Equipped with an atomizing spray/negative pressure dust collection system.
Trimming: The operator adjusts the hopper position/angle to control the shape and distribution of the coal pile and avoid uneven loading.
