Local presenter and reenactor, Dennis Upton, presented at the Holland Land Office Museum his one man performance of the life of Joseph Ellicott, "The Life of Joseph Ellicott: Who Will Tell My Story?". The presentation took place in the building that Ellicott helped to build and worked in as Resident Agent of the Holland Land Company, in the Village of Batavia, which he founded. Mr. Upton reflects on the life Ellicott lived as he neared the end, before he was shipped off to an asylum in New York City.
