Truly a dream come true!! I was so happy to be able to dine at Noma during their last Ocean Season. I had tried twice before and failed. This time around, before even booking my hotel and flight, I made sure to be online the second the reservations opened and was able to get one.
After dining here, I can see why this restaurant has been ranked as the best in the world. Each was dish was meticulously put together and I really appreciated the creativity and thought behind each course. I’m sad to hear that they are closing but I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to dine here during Ocean Season 2024.
