It works with flexibility, stability and strength while engaging CORE STABILITY (the cornerstone of strength and something Paul Chek Pioneered in the fitness industry)
I like to challenge myself each week with various functional mobility exercises to stay moving!
I have had some challenges with arthritis, I was exposed to black mold many years ago and it has affected me to this day, so moving daily in different ways is a big part of my holistic health as program.
I walk about an hour every day, ride my bike for transportation and go to the gym for stretching, strength training and sauna at least four times a week.
