This SOP outlines the steps to integrate Calendly calendar links with AWeber to automate the addition of new meeting sign-ups to your email list.
Key Steps
1. Access AWeber Dashboard 0:18
Log into your AWeber account.
Navigate to the Integrations tab located at the bottom of the dashboard.
2. Connect Calendly Integration 0:32
Search for Calendly in the integrations section.
Click to connect the integration.
If prompted, log into your Calendly account (note: a paid Calendly account is required).
3. Set Up Automation Trigger 1:11
Once connected, set up a trigger for when a meeting is scheduled.
Choose the action to add/update subscriber.
Select the appropriate subscriber list (e.g., You Want to Connect with Me).
4. Tag New Subscribers 1:36
Add a tag for new subscribers (e.g., new Calendly meeting).
