Описание: A meeting was held with Mr. Atizaz, District Head of the Qalb Welfare Foundation (registered). The DMO RTS briefed him about the RTS Act, its notified public services, and the mandate of the RTS Commission. The grievance redressal mechanism (GRM) was also discussed in detail. Mr. Atizaz assured that the District team would disseminate awareness about the RTS Act among the community. He further committed that a proper awareness session for all members of Qalb Welfare Foundation would be conducted at earliest.
