More enemies to sneak by (NPC Sleeping at the desk at the cave entrance and the NPC walking around the room after the sleeping NPC at the desk)

less obstacles to use for cover
the TVs at the center of the cave isn't present.

Cut dialog at the center room you sneak around.

The two NPCs that walk down the staircase aren't present, but 2 NPCs you have to sneak by before going up the stairs.
