I’ve seen so many comments from people recently talking about they have bad rolls on their new shell shoes and either they want to complain to the shoemakers or they think it’s the shoemakers fault, but they’ll be kind and won’t demand a replacement.

Of course there can be excessively problematic rolls/creasing that shoemakers can avoid but that’s an entirely different convo.
