Описание: An amazingly fresh Strawberry Mochi Ball recipe, just in time for the Lantern Festival!

You will need:

3 Tbsp Ground Sesame (45ml 黑芝麻粉)
2 Tbsp Sugar (30ml 白糖)
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil (30ml 食用油/液態)
2 Tbsp Softened Butter (30ml 動物性牛油/室溫)

2/3 Cup Glutinous (Mochi) Rice Flour (2/3杯 糯米粉)
2 Tbsp Corn Starch (30ml 玉米澱粉, 或太白粉)
2 Tbsp Water (30ml 水)
3 Tbsp Mashed Strawberries (45ml 新鮮, 或冷凍草莓/搗碎)
