Americans for Safe Access (ASA), Realm of Caring, Society of Cannabis Clinicians (SCC), and Veterans Initiative 22 held an Emergency Town Hall on Saturday, November 15, 2025, where they unpacked what the new federal hemp rules mean for patients, caregivers, and consumers—and discussed how we can act together to protect safe access to cannabinoid medicines.
Many patients who once fought for strong medical cannabis laws stopped engaging when hemp-based, full-spectrum products became available online. These new federal rules will change that landscape—cutting off access to the very products patients have come to rely on.
This Town Hall is an opportunity to get the facts and join a coordinated response to protect patient access nationwide.
