Bonfires on Eleventh Night

Описание: Hundreds of bonfires are lit each year on the night of July 11th in Northern Ireland to celebrate the victory at the Battle of the Boyne in 1690 of the Protestant King William III over the Catholic King James II. This marks the beginning of the celebrations of the Twelfth.

The largest reach more than 60 meters and need cranes to be built. The materials used for its construction are mostly pallets and household waste.
