The need in Myanmar is immense – a third of the population (almost 20 million people) were in need of humanitarian assistance before the 7.7 magnitude earthquake hit on the 28th March, 2025.

This 30-minute Q&A session provided behind the scenes insight into the early days of our response to the devastating earthquakes in Myanmar. With special guest, Euan Crawshaw, Director of International Programmes at ShelterBox, attendees got a first-hand account of ShelterBox’s response to the Myanmar crisis and the challenges faced by displaced families.
