The word Depression often makes you feel embarrassed or ashamed. These feelings come from ourselves; or sometimes they’re put on us by other people.

Unfortunately, some stigma surrounding mental illness remains, but depression is an illness, not an embarrassing habit.

There are more than 300 million people of all ages worldwide are going through different types of depression every single day. You aren't alone. Nobody is perfect, so don't blame yourself for having it.

Be proud of who you are because living with depression is hard work and an obstacle every single day.
