महाविहार महाबोधि, बोधगया, बिहार, संपूर्ण बौद्ध जगत के लिए अत्यंत पवित्र स्थल है. क्योंकि यह वही स्थान है जहाँ भगवान बुद्ध को ज्ञान प्राप्त हुआ था, और यहीं से हमारे बौद्ध धम्म का जन्म हुआ था. लेकिन इस पवित्र स्थल की प्रबंधन सरंचना लम्बे समय से विवाद का विषय बनी हुई है. बौद्धों की मांग है कि इस महाविहार के पुरे प्रबंधन बौद्धों के हाथो में सोंपा जाये.

भारत सरकार और बिहार सरकार से अनुरोध है कि इस विषय पर गंभीरता पूर्वक विचार करें और समाधान निकलें.

Mahavihara Mahabodhi, Bodh Gaya, Bihar, is a very sacred place for the entire Buddhist world. Because this is the same place where Lord Buddha attained enlightenment, and from here our Buddhist Dhamma was born. But the management structure of this holy place has been a matter of controversy for a long time. Buddhists demand that the entire management of this Mahavihara be handed over to the Buddhists.

The Government of India and the Government of Bihar are requested to seriously consider this matter and find a solution.
