In this video, I take you behind the scenes of my biggest DIY cosplay challenge yet: crafting a Haunted Diver Cosplay in just 30 days! This all started when I saw the Lowes Haunted Diver animatronic and knew I had to turn it into a Halloween costume.

But this haunted diver cosplay has been crazy!

As a maker, this project was such a challenge. Not only using new materials and techniques like EVA foam and sewing a whole Halloween costume, but learning to film, edit, and upload to YouTube as I go. From prototyping the diving helmet and learning to sew a diver's suit, to assembling and painting the EVA foam helmet, I’ll show you every twist, turn, and late-night session that went into bringing this creepy cosplay creation to life.
