Описание: I moved Viktor up after I finished since it was considering 6* powers.

This is a tier list of champion strength ranked by the order I would use them to fill region requirements. This is mostly for fun and a way to talk about the champions and should not be taken too seriously.

Sometimes I considered the 6*, sometimes I didn't. Super inconsistent and babbly, but I hope we all had a good time!
