Alexander the Great, also known as Sikandar Azam, was one of the greatest military leaders in history. He was the king of Macedonia and built a vast empire that stretched from Greece to Egypt and parts of India.
In 323 BC, Alexander fell seriously ill in the city of Babylon. According to historical records, he suffered from a high fever that lasted for several days. During this time, he became very weak and was unable to speak properly. After about 10 to 12 days of illness, he died at the young age of 32.
The exact cause of his death is still unknown. Some historians believe he died from diseases such as malaria or typhoid fever. Others think he might have been poisoned, but there is no strong evidence to prove this.
After his death, his great empire was divided among his generals, which led to many conflicts. Even today, Alexander the Great is remembered as a brave, intelligent, and powerful ruler in world history.
