Reset your mood and feel good with a full-body workout! You and I are going to hit this workout full of simple movements to increase strength and build muscle. Don't worry about your strength or knowledge, I guide you through the whole workout and give options to make each move easier or harder if you wish. I am using two 10lb dumbbells and a 15 lb dumbbell today!
Strength required: the strength to start!
