The rusted crackle tags are back on the mat and it was tissue paper that won the vote for what to do with them next (you may notice they've doubled in number - watch to find out why!).

So here are some tips and tricks for applying tissue over crackle... I'm using the Tim Holtz Idea-ology Photographic Collage Paper, and adding colour with PaperArtsy Fresco Finish Chalk Acrylics and a couple of Ranger Distress Watercolour Pencils.
