Former personal assistant to the then Free State Premier Ace Magashule, Moroadi Cholota, has pleaded not guilty to all charges against her in the 255 million rands Asbestos corruption case.
Cholota appeared in the Bloemfontein Magistrate Court for bail application following her extradition from the USA.
The state is opposing her bail application, citing that they were only furnished with the affidavits this morning.
The case has been postponed to tomorrow.
