Get ready for an exciting adventure and "Discover Petra with Ahmad"! This fun project, created by Sela for Training and Protection of Heritage with the Petra Archaeological Park and supported by La Gara Foundation, is all about exploring the amazing stories and secrets of Petra, the ancient city of pink stones.
Join Ahmad, a young boy who lives in Petra, as he shares the wonders of his hometown! Learn how these stunning stones were carved, how the Nabataeans transported water through the desert, and uncover the tales of the Bedouin people who have lived here for generations. Play games with Ahmad and his family, try out Bedouin recipes, and listen to traditional Bedouin music.
Can't visit Petra just yet? No problem! Follow our YouTube channel for cool videos and activities. If you’re visiting Petra, look for special QR codes on the signs around the park. Scan them to unlock games, fun facts, and a downloadable map to help guide your adventure.
