With 'Unlock 2' ending on July 31, the government is formulating guidelines for Unlock 3, sources have said. Sources said schools and metro services will remain closed. They said SOPs are being decided upon for Unlock 3. The sources said that cinema halls may be allowed to open in Unlock 3 with social distancing norms in place.
