Описание: Day 1 with a senior parrot! I found the PERFECT forever home for this little bird! It's time for Rico the Lineolated Parakeet and Meghan to meet for the first time! Meghan did know that Rico would be coming home with her, but what she didn't realize was that this senior parrot was showing up that day! Rehoming and rescuing parrots is not easy, and finding the right home for these beautiful birds is a complex and thorough process. I know that Meghan is an advocate for senior pet adoption, and had tweeted about getting a Turquoise Linnie just a week before Rico came! This sweet little parrot melted everyone's hearts! We now have a new employee at Parrot Station Headquarters! Welcome to the flock, Rico! We're so excited to have you!
