(1 May 2016) Bells at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre rang out as Easter was celebrated in Jerusalem on Sunday.
Greek-Orthodox Patriarch of Jerusalem Theophilos III led a procession into the Church of the Holy Seplucher, while worshippers gathered at the church’s courtyard taking pictures of the occasion with their phones and cameras.
Mass was held inside the Church, the site where Christians believe Jesus was crucified, buried and resurrected.
