As I walked through the largest government hospital in Ghana, the overwhelming noise, smell, and chaos left me stunned. Patients, some of them critically ill, were crammed together in a space that seemed too small for them, with little privacy and dignity. It was a humbling reminder of the challenges facing healthcare in developing countries.
