As explained in the Girlfriends video, Kiki is extremely jealous and if you follow a few steps, you can see her stalking Niko.

First of all, you have to let her became your girlfriend and you don't have to dump her or after a couple of in-game days, she will be available once more as a girlfriend to date on Love-Meet.net.
To see her stalking Niko, first of all you have to call Kiki and ask her to go out. If she agrees, call her back and cancel the date. Differently from friends, you don't have the "Cancel Plans" option, everything is done using the option Call.

Date another girlfriend, it doesn't matter who, and take her to a bar or restaurant.

At the end of the date if you are successfully invited by your girlfriend into her house, afterwards you'll find one of your car tires sliced and Kiki normally will call Niko or send a text claiming that she saw you with another girl. Sometimes this also happens if you talk with the girl at TW@ Internet Cafe or enjoy the services of one of the "street walkers".
