Once you travel to Cambodia, Phum Preah Dak might be a good Cambodian cultural village where you should go to the extra mile after visiting the Khmer temple. Because of good location, you can pass Preah Dak at any time you travel to the famous ruin like Banteay Srei for example since it is on the same route to the destination. Preah Dak is well known to the locals for a famous dish called Num Banh Chok which is a Khmer noodle soup. This place is known to scholars for its historic, cultural, and archeological richness as it is located in Angkorian reservoir called Baray or East Mebon.
