Описание: 🎳 Practice with Me — a real-time bowling practice session focused on working through several coaching adjustments. In this episode I’m throwing the Storm IQ Tour AI while playing a tighter 21/10 line and focusing on changes from my recent lessons with USBC Silver Certified Coach Marty Miller.

During this session I’m working on standing taller through the first steps of my five-step approach, beginning the pushaway on step two, keeping the ball closer to my body, and finishing with a follow-through that stays under my head.

I also talk through concepts like recognizing the breakpoint, controlling drift at the foul line, and using a simple cone drill to help tighten my swing path.

There are a lot of things to think about at once — and that’s part of the learning process. I didn’t strike every time, but the goal here is improvement and understanding the motion of the ball and the body.

No highlights, no heavy editing — just honest practice and real adjustments happening frame by frame.
