Описание: This video presents the urban design and architecture of medieval towns and cities. As always, all the illustrations were hand-drawn by a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and a fantasy illustrator (in short: me).

You'll learn where various social classes lived in the Middle Ages, what the functions of city halls were, the difference between the wattle-and-daub technique and a Prussian wall, and how windows were made in times when glass was a rare luxury.
