In this video, Keith, Adam, and Zach get their PFD of the Lower Blackwater in Davis, WV. The Lower Blackwater, North Fork Confluence to Hendricks, is a classic east coast run. It's often compared to the Upper Yough in terms of difficulty, but has a different character. When the team put on, the river was at a middling level, and continued to rise throughout the run. I wish I'd been able to join them, it looks epic! Huge thanks to Keith for volunteering his footage.
Paddle safely- this is a challenging and consequential run, only attempt it if you are confident and understand the risk involved.
