Also known as Reverse Nordic Curls. The primary focus here is hip extension. Using the band assists you by providing support. Which is great if you can't go down all the way. Once you can go down all the way use a lighter band and then eventually working towards using no band going full range up and down. Remember keeping strict form is the most important thing to get results, if you cheat the form your body will not develop the results we are looking for!
