Unboxing my new sewing machine: Brother LB5000

Описание: Some of you may remember my sewing machine giving out on back around last Christmas. It made it super hard to sew for my dolls, and while I was able to get the machine (somewhat) repaired, I could tell from the problems the repair shop encountered that it was time to consider a replacement.

I put in a request for a machine, but with shipping out of whack and all kinds of shortages in manufacturing, machines ended up in short supply and it took until now to get a new one in my hands. So, here it is--a Brother LB5000 series. This comes in a variety of submodel offerings, but mine is just the base edition!

This is my first computerized sewing machine and let me tell you, have I got some strong feelings about it. It's got a definite mix of pros and cons, but I'll share everything I like and dislike about this machine in this video. I won't lie--I like mechanical a whole lot better, but there are a few things this machine does that make it totally worth the price...
