Gopro- Ottawa, Illinois Tornado Footage 2-28-17

Описание: On February 28, 2017, a violent EF3 Tornado tore across a field west of Ottawa, Illinois. Shortly after this video the tornado severely damaged the Ottawa senior center along with the Highway Transportation building. This is when we went into search and rescue mode and called off the chase.

About myself:
I graduated from Ball State University with a B.S. in Professional Meteorology and Climatology. I also double majored and received a B.S. in Geographic Information Systems (GIScience). While at Ball State I was the Director of the BSU Storm Chase Team for two years and the Assistant Director for one year prior. I was also the President of the BSU Weather Society which was a local AMS/NWA organization. I received the David Odom Award/Scholarship for my "Excellence in Service in Meteorology and Climatology" from Ball State University.
