Описание:
The very unusual sight of a pair of HST power cars operating back to back, with a short consist of 2 cargo wagons and 2 Class 20’s is seen here at Kings Norton at lunch time on 6th March 2023.
Rail Adventure power cars 43468 & 43480 are seen leading the ensemble through platform 4 with 20’s No 20189 & 20142 on the rear as they head to the yard.
They had worked down from Crewe as 6Z79 Crewe Refuge Sidings to Kings Norton.
As the HST/20 combination ran through another unusual working also passed on the fast line, of a brand new West Midlands Railway 4 car Class 197 unit. This was working 5T32 Tyseley LMD to Worcester Middle Siding.
