Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken breast cut into small strips
3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
3 tbsp avocado oil
2 bell peppers
1 small onion
4 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp onion and garlic powder
2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1/4 tsp ground coriander
3/4-1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp cornstarch
