Kurama has stated Himawari has a "perfect affinity" for him, better than Naruto ever did. In Naruto, the seal acted as a filter. It mixed Kurama’s chakra with Naruto’s slowly, diluting the toxicity. But Himawari doesn't have a seal. She and the "Little Kurama" are fused. This means she is likely channeling a much higher percentage of raw Nature Energy directly into her brain than Naruto ever did.
