How To T-Bar Row The Right Way! (BACK BUILDER!)

The T-Bar row is one of our favorite exercises to activate your lats and the rest of your back muscles to build a wide, aesthetic back. People often don't get it right or don't include the exercise. Watch this video to learn more about just what makes the T-Bar row so effective.
Set Up
We like to use a little bit of a closer grip attachment when we are doing the T-Bar Row
Make sure to get the grip under the bar
Deadlift it up
Hips back and torso tall
Pulling inward by retracting the scapula completely
Think that you are bringing your shoulders down and back
What do people do wrong?
A lot of people round and go forward with the bar, which hurts the extended position that the T-Bar row gets so much benefit from
Make sure to maintain upright position
Secret Tip:
Use smaller plates!
Smaller circumference allows way more range of motion
Helps more muscle fibers to fire!
