✨Apples & pecans are the perfect fall icon and pair deliciously with a simple spinach salad with a Balsamic, dishonor dressing.

INGREDIENTS
3 cups of spinach
1/2 red onion
2 oz feta cheese
1/2 cup pecans
1 Apple

Caramelize pecans
1/2 cup pecans
2 Tbsp of maple syrup
1/8 tsp vanilla extract

Salad Dressing
1/8 cup extra Virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard

DIRECTIONS
1. Wash and dry you apple, cut it into slices.
2. In a nonstick skillet over medium high heat, drizzle a dash of olive oil, then add your pecans, add maple syrup and vanilla extract and stir continuously for 3-4 minutes or until all the liquid has evaporated.
3. In a large bowl, add spinach, onion, feta and your dressing. Mix well then top it off with apples and pecans.
